To deliver on the Shaping Futures: Strategic Plan 2025-2035, we've been developing a Four-Year Delivery Plan, Annual Plan and Annual Budget that reflects the vision for Launceston's future.
The draft Four-Year Delivery Plan 2026/27-2029/30 sets out how Council will deliver on our strategic priorities over the next four years, providing a clear roadmap of initiatives, services, and projects that will shape our community.
The draft Annual Plan 2026/2027 sets out the actions for the financial year ahead in line with the Four-Year Delivery Plan.
The proposed Budget 2026/2027 is an estimate of the total money we plan on receiving and spending in the next financial year. It is designed to act as a plan as to what we can afford to do based on the amount of money we think we'll receive during the year.
This is your opportunity to tell us what matters most to you. Community consultation closes 5pm, Sunday 26 April 2026.
