The City of Launceston has developed a new 2035 Strategic Plan, outlining the city's key goals and objectives over the next ten years.
Developed using feedback collected from across our community, it sets an ambitious course for our City over the next decade, and a foundation for a strong and prosperous future.
The plan is divided into three pillars, 'PROSPERITY, PLACE and PEOPLE', each with their own goals, objectives and actions.
